A Question:
I have a question: Seeing as how I can speak fairly good Spanish, (I was born in Cali. after all.) I’ve noteticed that almost all of the English TV channels have a second audio channel that broadcasts the sound in Spanish (this is a good thing), but my question is this, how come all the Spanish TV channels don’t have a second audio chanel that broadcasts the program in English for the non-Spanish speakers? I mean, isn’t this discrimination? Against those that don’t speak Spanish?
It’s like this: ENGLISH »> SPANISH
SPANISH »> ENGLISH
It only seems fair to me!
